A resin panel and an automobile door are provided to realize the light weight of the resin panel by forming a skin layer on a surface of a panel body and an expansion layer having a plurality of gaps inside. A resin panel(9) includes a plurality of installing units(19) to install a panel body(15) in an object, around an outer circumference of the flat panel body. The panel body includes an expanding inner area surface unit(27) of which one side is expanded and the other side is recessed, an expanding connection unit(29) which connects an outer circumferential unit of the expanding inner area surface unit with the installing unit, and an expanding outer area surface unit(31) of which one side is recessed and the other side is expanded. The expanding inner area surface unit, the expanding connection unit, and the expanding outer area surface unit have skin layers on surfaces thereof, and expansion layers having a plurality of gaps and lower resin density inside.
