A method for manufacturing a middle layer of shoes having a high function is provided to improve water absorption and water proof due to high absorption of water and rapidly decreasing the water. A method for manufacturing a middle layer of shoes having a high function includes the steps of separating a fiber by processing alkali aqueous formed by magnesium oxide and calcium chloride after processing oxalic acid, cleaning and dehydrating the oxalic acid separated from the fiber, mixing compound of the oxalic acid, cotton, compound of a tricot, and polypropylene with 6:2:2 ratio, and mixing raw material and binder which includes polyurethane bind of 2~5 %, SBR latex of 2~5 %, and natural latex of 2~5 % and then beating the raw material mixing with the binder, forming a sheet by using an injection molding unit, squeezing the injection mold on a sheet, drying the sheet for about one hour at 100 °C and pressing the sheet for 4 minutes.
