A portable hot pack for keeping the body warm is provided to prevent the loss of heat and to continue a heat insulation function for a long time by enclosing a heat insulating unit with heat insulating materials. In the portable hot pack(10) for keeping the body warm, a body unit(11) is composed of a circular cap-shaped upper cover(111) having a hollow part(111a) formed at the upper side and plural combining holes(111b) formed at the bottom side along the circumference, and a lower cover(112) comprising a combining hole(112a) formed at the upper side to combine the lower cover with the upper cover, a condenser(113a) fixed at the lower side to receive power from a plug line(113b), and a fixed plate(113) connected to the condenser to be grounded. A heat insulating unit(12) is settled to the fixed plate by a bolt(113c) and a nut(113d), and electrically connected to the condenser and heated by receiving electric energy. A heat insulating material(15) is divided into two parts in the shape of a half-moon to surround the whole periphery of the heat insulating unit in order to insulate the heat insulating unit and provided with a center space part(151) into which the heat insulating unit is inserted. A health pad(13) is placed on the upper side of the heat insulating material. A gem plate(14) is fitted to the hollow part.
