A signal processing apparatus is provided to process signals without increasing a driving frequency or extending a circuit area even when the number of pixels of a solid-state image sensing device is increased. A signal processing apparatus includes a first corrector(21-1,21-2), a second corrector(22-1,22-2), a simultaneous processor(23-1,23-2), a converter(24), and a resolution converter(25-1). The first corrector performs correction, which depends on pixels of an image pickup device(12) corresponding to an output source of an input image signal, on the input image signal. The second corrector performs correction, which does not depend on the pixels of the image pickup device, on the input image signal. The simultaneous processor generates an RGB signal which represents a captured image based on the input image signal. The converter generates a luminance signal and a color signal based on the input image signal. The resolution converter converts the resolution of the captured image into the resolution of an image to be output.
