<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a microfine needle (A) with an anterior end exterior to an analyzer (S) e.g. mass spectrometer. The needle is integrated with the syringe. A volume of gas e.g. methane, is taken with a syringe. The anterior end of the needle is sealed by a piston of the syringe or a guiding cylinder, during the introduction of the needle via a disk (D). The analyzer is isolated with a valve (V), and the disk is traversed completely with the needle. The gas volume in the needle flows into the needle in which the gas is analyzed. The needle is disengaged from the disk and the valve is opened. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in electronic component, environment, security, pharmaceutical industry fields for introducing gas e.g. methane, in an analyzer e.g. mass spectrometer, for taking a gas mixture in one vacuum housing to introduce the gas into the analyzer, for taking the gas mixture in another vacuum housing to introduce the gas into an ionic pump so as to determine the pressure in the former vacuum housing (all claimed) and for analyzing the atmosphere of the former vacuum housing with a pumping system for developing electronic components. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The usage of the microfine needle allows the system to introduce the gas into the analyzer in a simple manner and permits the system to make a precise measurement of the concentration of molecules constituting the gas.
