The housing (11) has a wall made of a polymer ceramic or glass type transparent biocompatible material or elastomer material. The wall has a series of perforations (12) with a size that is sufficient to bring an intra-uterine medium in cellular contact with the housing. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Recoverable intra-uterine device for implanting and for transitorily maintaining elements selected from a group containing an embryo, male and/or female gametes, a fertilized oocyte, an unfertilized egg and the combination of the elements (all claimed), in an uterus, for use in field of in vivo or in utero fertilization in reproduction methods assisted with preimplantation development and/or fertilization techniques. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The series of perforations in the wall of the housing has size sufficient to bring the intra-uterine medium in cellular contact with the housing, thus increasing exchanges with uterine matrix in a reliable and reproducible manner and facilitating the development of embryos, while ensuring reimplantation and nidation of the embryo in the uterus in an easy manner. The device presents better rigidity to implant the embryo or gametes and to introduce or remove the device in the uterus. The device can be loaded or unloaded without altering quality of embryos or other elements loaded in the housing.
