The invention concerns acyloxypyrrolidine derivatives of general formula (I):wherein: Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, a (C-C) alkyl, a (C-C) cycloalkyl, a –CHCHCOOH group or a –NRRgroup; Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a (C-C) alkyl. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said derivatives and their therapeutic use.
