APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING MOLTEN IRONS

An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons which prevents a phenomenon that cyclones are clogged by adhesion materials caused by fine iron ore particles in a fluidized reduction process is provided. An apparatus for manufacturing molten irons comprises: a fluidized reduction furnace(10) for reducing fine iron ore to convert the fine iron ore into reduced materials; a melter-gasifier into which the reduced materials are charged, and oxygen is blown to manufacture molten irons; and a reducing gas feeding pipe for feeding a reducing gas exhausted from the meter-gasifier into the fluidized reduction furnace, wherein the fluidized reduction furnace comprises one or more cyclones(14) disposed in the fluidized reduction furnace to collect the fine iron ore; and flow control members(20) installed such that the flow control members are spaced from lower ends of the cyclones to prevent air-bubbles or the reducing gas from flowing back, and wherein the flow control members include: an adhesion material removal part(20a) which extends into the cyclones to remove adhesion materials formed in the cyclones; supporting parts(20b) adhered to lower parts of the cyclones; and connecting parts(20c) for connecting the supporting parts and the flow control members.
