A method for making a wake-up call and reproduction of a music file interwork in a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to use a pre-set music file play list without manipulating an MP3 player by automatically driving the MP3 player after a wake-up call is terminated. A wake-up call is set such that a particular sound source is outputted at a particular time zone(S201). An MP3 player is set to be automatically driven after the wake-up call is terminated(S202-S205). The sound source of the wake-up call is outputted at the particular time zone(S206). After the wake-up call is terminated, the MP3 player is automatically driven(S207,S209,S211).
