Describes an electronic instrument for producing, playing sounds, musical accompaniment and evaluation of user performance, being comprised of a three-element kit, that is, an electronic module (14, 6), a command unit (16) and a karaoke unit (5, 20, 50, 13, 103, 123), which is fastened to the user's body by means of an adjustable elastic belt (321). The communication between these elements can be by means of radio frequency, ultrasound, infrared or electric wires/cables. This instrument's invention is for use inside vehicles with the intention of producing a sensation of freedom and pleasure in those who use it. Its technical classification is under "electronics".
