A RESIN TRANSFER PROCESS FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE LARGE COMPOSITES AND IT'S COMPOSITES

A polymer resin injection method for forming a high performance large composite molded article and the composite molded article are provided to increase the resin injection speed by inserting a spray pipe having plural spraying holes, between center layers of the composite molded article before injecting the polymer resin into a mold, and to improve productivity by reducing the resin injection time. The polymer resin injection method for forming a high performance large composite molded article comprises the steps of: forming materials(1) for the composite molded article by stacking reinforced fiber fabrics in several layers; inserting polymer resin spray pipes(3) having plural spraying holes(2), into a center layer of the materials of the composite molded article at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction; and jetting polymer resin(4) through plural polymer resin spraying holes formed on the outer surface of the polymer resin spray pipe, at the same time in injecting the polymer resin through the polymer resin spray pipe.
