In a thermostatically-actuated valve the thermostat 21 mounting the closure member 32 is guided by the inner ends of arms 26 which are held against radial movements by the return spring 33. The other ends of the arms have extensions 35 with semi-circular thickenings 37 which are received in eyes 34 on the seat ring 25. A stop 38 is provided on the end of the extensions and the distance between points 39 and 40 is greater than the width of the eye opening. A number of resilient arms may be joined at their inner ends and additional arms 27 fixed to the seat ring may be provided. |
