<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printer which can efficiently be employed. <P>SOLUTION: When a printing job is received (S104), sender information is acquired from the printing job (S106), and the value of an accumulated printing sheets number N corresponding to the sender information from a printing sheet number displaying table stored in a RAM is set at a value to which a printing sheet number n of this time only is added (S110 to S116). This process is repeated until a specified investigation period passes, and then, a mail bin allotting table is prepared based on the printing sheet number displaying table after the investigation period has passed (S120). That is, a mail bin is allotted to each user in response to the using status such as the printing sheet number of each user.
