<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a backflow prevention circuit that can achieve power saving, and can easily conduct integration without increasing a power loss of a forward current flowing to an output end from an input end. <P>SOLUTION: In the backflow prevention circuit 4, when a voltage of the output end OUT becomes higher than a voltage of the input end IN, a high-level signal is outputted to a gate of an NMOS transistor 7 from an inverter 8, the NMOS transistor 7 is turned on and a gate of a switch 2 is connected to a grounding voltage, and the switch 2 is turned off and brought into a blocked state irrespective of the operation of a gate drive circuit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
