<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system in which efficient data transmission can be performed in accordance with a communication state between a plurality of portable terminals and a data communication server. <P>SOLUTION: A data communication server 1 capable of communicating data with a plurality of portable terminals 2a, 2b, 2c trough a communication line 3 includes a terminal information acquiring part 12 for acquiring terminal data that present the amount of transmission standby data and a data transmission efficiency, regarding each of the plurality of portable terminals 2a, 2b, 2c, a priority calculating part 13 for calculating a priority of data transmission in each of the plurality of portable terminals 2a, 2b, 2c, based on the terminal data, a condition generating part 14 for generating transmission condition data on data transmission between a portable terminal 2a, 2b, 2c and the data communication server 1, based on the priority, and a data transmitting part 19 for receiving the transmission standby data from the portable terminal 2a based on the transmission condition data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
