PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a workload by quickly and accurately managing the maintenance of an optical cable network.

SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a database in which optical cable specification information and each specification information of a relay facility in which both the ends of the optical cable are taken are stored so as to be associated with each other for every optical cable of an optical cable network; a designation input part for receiving the input of optical designation information; a request input part for receiving the input of the interruption request of a new relay facility to the designated optical cable; and an interruption processing part for storing the specification information of a first optical cable constituted by dividing the designated optical cable and the specification information of the relay facility in which one end part of the designated optical cable has been taken and the specification information of the new relay facility by associating those information with each other, and for storing the specification information of a second optical cable and the specification information of the relay facility in which the other end part of the designated optical cable has been taken and the specification information of the new relay facility by associating those information with each other, in the database.
