<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing from being infected with avian influenza, BSE, etc. with more perfect treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The invention discloses a method for preventing the subjects of disposal such as bird or cattle from being infected or having fear of being infected with avian influenza, BSE, etc., and composed of at least an incinerator for incinerating the subject of disposal such as infected birds, an ash collecting means for collecting the ash generated from the incineration, disinfection and sterilization means for disinfecting and sterilizing the collected stack gas and others generated by the incineration, and a collecting means for disinfected and sterilized matters. These members are conveyed and assembled in the given location in the vicinity of the poultry farm or the like.
