PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device the variation of whose refractive index with temperature is made extremely small and which has high light transmittance. SOLUTION: An objective lens 7 as the optical device is molded from an optical resin material containing a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic fine particle. The optical resin material is characterized in that the fractal shape parameter of a 20-50 nm region, which is measured by an X-ray small angle scattering method, is -2.0 to -0.5.
