FLAT PANEL DISPLAY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display and a method of fabricating the display for preventing corrosion and damage of a conductor including an interconnection.

SOLUTION: The flat panel display includes a conductor 10 and a passivation layer pattern 20 disposed on a side end of the conductor 10 as shown in Figure 1. The passivation layer pattern 20 formed on the side end of the conductor 10 can prevent an etching solution or the like for use in patterning or the like of a transparent conductive film in a fabricating process from coming into contact with the conductor 19, whereby the conductor 10 is prevented from corrosion and damage with the etching solution or the like.
