PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector capable of flexibly corresponding to the thickness difference of a substrate and its mounting direction to the substrate. SOLUTION: Each substrate fixing section 19 is to fix itself to the substrate 20, and is provided so as to project from a contact projecting surface 14 in a connector body 13. Each substrate fixing section 19 is equipped with a substrate surface side fixing portion 22 corresponding to the surface side of the substrate 12, and a substrate back side fixing portion 23 corresponding to the back side of the substrate 12. The substrate surface side fixing portion 22 is formed so as to be integrated with a metal casing 16.
