RUBBER-COATED HEAD OF CORD AND RUBBER COATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rubber-coated head of cords which can suppress the change of the amount of rubber to be stuck on the cords and stick the rubber uniformly to the arranged cords and a rubber coating apparatus. SOLUTION: In the rubber-coated head 1 having a rubber intake 8 for charging a rubber composition from an extruder 4 and a plurality of die holes 5 which coat the cords with the rubber composition and deliver rubber-coated cords 6, the die holes 5 are formed so that the axial direction of each die hole 5 crosses at right angles with the rubber supply direction A from the rubber intake 8, and the die holes 5 are arranged from the upstream side to downstream side of the rubber supply direction A. The arranged die holes 5 are divided in the rubber supply direction A into partitions of the die holes 5.
