PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tape sticking device at a low cost by reducing a production cost and by reducing a space of the tape sticking device by developing a method and a mechanism capable of sticking a plurality of tapes to a strip material all at once in a short time without applying stress to the thin strip material when the plurality of tapes are stuck to the thin strip material. SOLUTION: A plurality of tape supplies are installed in one mechanism, and the tapes are prepared by cutting them into strip-like forms, whereby a structure manufacturable at a low cost, allowing sticking positions of the tapes to be easily changed, and allowing the tapes to be stuck to arbitrary places without applying stress to the thin strip material can be provided.
