PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit trouble information to an external device, even if trouble occurs in on-vehicle equipment, other than the car navigation devices and car navigation device. SOLUTION: A communication module 3 transmits ECU (Electronic Control Unit) status information received from an ECU 18 to a car navigation part 2 at prescribed time intervals. The car navigation part 2 collates the received ECU status information and a trouble deciding conditions inside an external storage device 6 to decide a trouble level and the presence/absence of the trouble occurrence, and transmits the positional information of a vehicle, date information, and the ECU status information detected with the trouble at prescribed time intervals. The communication module 3 stores trouble occurrence history into a memory 22 when it is a light trouble, and transmits the trouble and the trouble occurrence history to a customer center when it is a serious trouble.
