PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage collecting vehicle, a garbage input port structure of the vehicle, and a garbage treating system using the garbage collecting device, for restraining the leaking-out of an odor and the generation of the odor to the outside when collecting garbage. SOLUTION: A garbage storage device 2 is mounted to the garbage collecting vehicle 1, and has an operation panel 200, a storage tank 210, a first catcher 220, a blower 230, a second catcher 240, a water tank 250, an input port structure 260 and a staying object removing device 270. The input port structure 260 is connected to the storage tank 210 via a garbage discharge port 267 and a garbage introducing pipe 202, and has a storage body 261, an input port cover 262, rotary cutters 263a and 263b, hydraulic motors 264a and 264b, an input port upper part valve 265, an input port lower part valve 266 and the garbage discharge port 267. The input port structure 260 also has a sensor sensing the opening/closing of the cover and a cutter driving control means operating according to the opening/closing of the cover.
