PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely distribute data resources to a mobile terminal device with improved distribution efficiency. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal system 61 transmits a request message to a relay system 51. The request message designates a resource to be distributed. The relay system 51 access a distribution source system 41 according to the request message and acquires the corresponding resource. The relay system 51 distributes the resource to relay systems 52 and 53. The mobile terminal system 61 accesses a desired relay system of the relay systems 51-53 to receive the designated resource.
