PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access management device which notifies a security company or the police without being noticed by a burglar to assure security of an authentic operator even when opening of a door is forced by the burglar, etc. SOLUTION: The access management device has: a lock device 1 provided to the door; a keyboard 2 for inputting information for unlocking the lock device 1; a control part 4 which discriminates whether or not the information input from the keyboard 2 is preregistered; a lock control part 3 which unlocks the lock device 1 based on a signal from the control part 4 and a notification part 6 which transmits a warning signal to the security company or the police based on the signal from the control part 4, wherein the lock control part 3 unlocks the lock device 1 when the control part 4 determines that the information input from the keyboard 2 is first or second preregistered information and the notification part 6 transmits the warning signal to the security company or the police when the control part 4 determines that the information input from the keyboard 2 is the second preregistered information.
