PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for conveying coins and a money handling apparatus, capable of smoothly passing even a group of overlaid coins through a bent portion without increasing costs, in a coin conveyance route which is formed of a tube made from sheet metal and has the bent portion of non-curvature shape. SOLUTION: A tube 1 of sheet metal includes a tube 2 on the upstream side, having a conveyance space S for conveying a plurality of coins being in a laminated state; a tube 3 on the downstream side, having a conveyance space for conveying the coins conveyed from the upstream side tube, without changing the conveyance postures thereof; and a bent portion 10 positioned at a connection portion connecting the tube on the upstream side with the tube on the downstream side, for changing the direction of conveyance to a coin face direction in the shape of an obtuse angle without changing the conveyance postures of the coins. The tubes on the upstream side and the downstream side respectively include first conveyance plates 5 and second conveyance plates 6 being disposed apart in parallel at uniform intervals over the range excluding the bent portion. The width of the space formed between each portion of the first conveyance plates and each portion of the opposite second conveyance plates is enlarged in the bent portion.
