PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel stabilizing device and a supply fuel purifying method for removing dissolved oxygen and other contaminants from supply fuel for a gas turbine engine. SOLUTION: A decompression device 34 pulls dissolved oxygen and other contaminants out of the supply fuel in the fuel stabilizing device 16 into a decompression chamber 26. The decompression device 34 pulls these discharged objects from the decompression chamber 26 through a decompression outlet into a first-step decompression pump. A first decompression step is provided by an oil system oil discharge pump 36, and a second decompression step is provided by a decompression pump 38. A mixture of the discharged objects from the supply fuel and supply oil from an engine 12 is fed from an oil reservoir 40 to an oil system oil separator 42 and a deaerator 44 where the mixture is cleaned before recirculated to an oil system.
