PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a sleeve disposed within a reinforcing metal fitting, more positively into a fixed position. SOLUTION: This sleeve fixing auxiliary fitting formed of a metal bar body is used in combination with the reinforcing metal fitting D for a reinforced concrete porous beam formed with annular reinforcements D1, D2 by bending metal bar bodies and formed with sleeve support reinforcements D3, D4 projected inward into the annular reinforcements to support the sleeve S disposed within the annular reinforcements. The sleeve fixing auxiliary fitting comprises at least two sleeve presser reinforcements 1, 2 with one ends having locking means 1a, 2a locked to the annular reinforcements of the reinforcing metal fitting and with the other ends 1b, 2b protrudable into the annular reinforcements in the locked state of the locking means to the annular reinforcements, and connecting reinforcements 3 holding the sleeve presser reinforcements at predetermined spaces.
