PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pranlukast hydrate-containing powdery preparation which is usable as dry syrup or capsule by solving problems of strong adhesive and cohesive properties of pranlukast hydrate which become hindrance to production of preparation of pranlukast hydrate. SOLUTION: The powdery preparation improved in water dispersibility is obtained by coating saccharides having 100-800μm average particle diameter by a sieving method with a layer containing a pranlukast hydrate and a binder and further coating the coated saccharides with a layer containing a water-soluble polymer.
