PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch which is provided with a layer having a function of preventing liquid thin film formation on a pressure-sensitive adhesive portion near a contents outlet, maintains high sealing strength even if the outlet gets wet with a liquid to enhance sealing performance, and prevents sealing strength from decreasing even after repeated use. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin pouch packaging bag stores a liquid or a liquid-impregnated product, and is sealed with the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion for use in taking out the product in small quantities. On the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a liquid-absorbing resin layer are formed in face-to-face arrangement so that the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion is maintained even if a liquid is present on the adhesive portion.
