PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a front wheel shift means capable of driving a front wheel and a rear wheel at an approximately equal speed or driving the front wheel at a higher speed than the rear wheel by a simple clutch structure. SOLUTION: A standard drive clutch 36 and a high speed drive clutch 38 in the front wheel shift means of the transmission for driving the front wheel 2 and the rear wheel 3 are made into separate multi-disc friction clutches having separate housings. The standard drive clutch 36 is made to have such a structure that the transmission state of drive force is maintained by a spring 51 and the high speed drive clutch 38 is made to have such a structure that switching of the drive force to the transmission state is performed by hydraulic or mechanical operation.
