PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massager which sufficiently promotes circulations of blood and lymph to remove blood stasis and fatigue so that relaxing effects are obtained. SOLUTION: The massager is equipped with a core 20 formed of a stretchable material and into an annular shape and a plurality of rollers 30, 30a with an insertion hole 31 where the core 20 passes through, and is configured to have the core 20 inserted into the plurality of rollers 30, 30a to rotate while the rollers 30, 30a are adjacent mutually. When the massager is mounted around a leg part or an arm part to move over substantially the entire length of the leg part or the arm part, the rollers rotates 30 respectively with the core 20 expanded and contracted according on the shape and the thickness of the part of the leg part and the arm part during the movement of the massager.
