PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor structure for a vehicle in which an arm rest is provided on a comfortable position for an occupant. SOLUTION: The indoor structure for the vehicle according to the present invention is an indoor structure for the vehicle in which a door arm rest is provided on a door trim of a door, and has a rear side trim for forming a side wall of a baggage chamber at a rear side in a vehicle longitudinal direction more than the door trim; and a seat provided with a seat back arranged adjacent to the rear side trim. A shelf part continued to the door arm rest and extending to a rear side in the vehicle longitudinal direction is formed on the rear side trim near a side end outside in a vehicle width direction of the seat back.
