<p>Support structure for mounting on a frame (16,18) of a vehicle (10) to support an object (23), which comprises an object-supporting part (28) that is adapted to be mounted on a first side of the vehicle frame (16,18). It also comprises a mating part (30) that is adapted to be mounted on a second side (19) of said vehicle frame (16,18). Either the object-supporting part (28) or the mating part (30) or both comprise at least one pin (32) that is adapted to pass through at least one opening (34) in the vehicle frame (16,18) and abut against said mating part (30) and/or object-supporting part (28). Said at least one pin (32) is adapted to accommodate any one of a plurality of vehicle frames (16,18) of different thickness or any part of a vehicle frame (16,18) of non-uniform thickness between the object-supporting part (28) and the mating part (30).</p> |
