A boat chair for a high speed power boat is provided to protect a driver and passengers when the boat makes a turn by sequential buffering of first and second gas springs. A boat chair for a high speed power boast comprises a chair fixing section(1), a first lower movement arm(10), a second lower movement arm, a third lower movement arm(12), and a fourth lower movement arm, right and left side surface support fixing plates(21), a back support(40), and a second gas spring(61). The lower movement arms are engaged with the chair fixing section. The back support fixing plates are engaged with the lower movement arms. The back support is engaged with first to fourth upper movement arms(30,31,32,33). The second gas spring engages a saddle plate(5) with a first gas spring(60).
