<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap material equipped with a liner having a small friction resistance with an inner surface of a top plate part of the cap material and capable of reliably sealing an opening part of a bottle mouth part. <P>SOLUTION: The cap material comprises a cap body having a disk-shaped top plate part and a peripheral wall part substantially hanging from a peripheral edge of the top plate part, and a sheet type liner 20 fitted to an inner surface of the top plate part.
