<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet which enables transfer of an image or the like without wrinkling or thermal fusing with a transfer object. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal transfer sheet including a dye layer containing dye and a binder in the constitution and of a base, composite particulates formed by coating the surface of a silicone rubber carrying slipperiness with a silicone resin carrying releasability are dispersed in the dye layer.
