<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new inhibitor of P13 kinase, and to provide a method for utilizing the same. <P>SOLUTION: An EspH protein originated from pathogenic Escherichia coli is administered to inhibit the activity of the P13 kinase. When administered to dendritic cells, the inhibitor can excite the synthesis of inflammatory cytokine. When administered to an individual, the inhibitor can activate cellular immunity.
