<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bite type pipe joint combined with flareless type pipe joint as a reusable flareless type pipe joint. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint comprises a joint body 1 having a male screw portion 15 formed on the outside, a fastening nut 2 to be threaded to the male screw portion 15, and a flareless type sleeve 3 to be thrust by the fastening nut 2 for abutting on the joint body 1. The flareless type sleeve 3 has a flare tapered face 34 formed at a predetermined flare angle on a fastening nut side portion 32 for abutting on a flare portion of a connection pipe 5 to be connected. The fastening nut 2 has a thrusting tapered face 24 formed on the inner face for thrusting the flare portion of the connection pipe 5 to be connected against the flare tapered face 34 in close contact therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
