<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration device which is capable of reducing the pressure loss and increasing the foreign matter removing capability without enlarging the cross-sectional area of the passage. <P>SOLUTION: The filtration device 1 is arranged to an instrument equipped with a fluid supply source to supply the fluid F and a fluid receiving part to receive the fluid F supplied from the fluid supply source and is provided with a filter member 50 to remove the foreign matter contained in the fluid F wherein the filter member 50 defines the steric inner space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
