<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient cell production relating to a manufacturing process management system utilized when performing manufacturing work by a cell production system wherein one person is in charge of a work unit requiring a plurality of processes. <P>SOLUTION: In a cell production system manufacturing system 10, a cell computer 13 stores an electronic manual and displays work to be executed by an operator according to the electronic manual. The cell computer 13 instructs parts/components and tools, etc., to be used in the work and the number of them to the operator according to the electronic manual. A sensor is arranged in the housing part of the tools and the respective parts, and the parts taken out by the operator, the number of them, and the using conditions of the tool are monitored. Parts boxes 17 are arranged in a matrix shape, and the sensor is provided with a pair of optical sensors corresponding to the row and column of the matrix and monitors the parts taken out by the operator on the basis of detection positions in a row direction and a column direction.
