PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a foamed blow molded product suitable for manufacturing an air conditioning foam duct made hard to collapse a foamed parison by blowing pressure, not lowering the foaming magnification of the molded product and made hard to cause perforation due to the breaking of foams in a thin-walled part. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the foamed blow molded product wherein a thermoplastic synthetic resin 21 and a foaming agent 23 are charged in an extruder 11 to extrude the foamed parison 27 and air is blown in the foamed parison 27 in a state that the foamed parison 27 is received in a mold 31 to perform blow molding, the foaming agent 23 is charged in the extruder 11 along with the thermoplastic synthetic resin 21 and a thickener 25 and kneaded with the thermoplastic synthetic resin 21 and the thickener 25 in the extruder 11 to extrude the foamed parison 27.
