PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out assembly without elastically deforming a spacer or in the minimum required elastic deformation amount when assembling a roller bearing which makes a spacer interposed between rollers. SOLUTION: In an assembly method of a roller bearing which makes a spacer interposed between adjacent rollers, a roller and spacer are alternatively arranged on the inner periphery of the outer ring. In the state where spacers located on both sides of a roller assembled in the last are disposed along a bearing inside diameter side of a rolling surface of an arranged roller, a roller to be assembled in the last is inserted toward the outer ring. By so doing, the roller is assembled in the inner periphery of the outer ring while sliding the spacers situated on both sides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
