PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device enabling more miniaturization by shortening a wire length for resonance in an electric-field type antenna, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 10 comprises a semiconductor substrate 1 equipped with an electrode 2 in at least one surface of a substrate 1a; insulating resin layers 11, 13 arranged to cover one surface of the semiconductor substrate; and a conductor 14 which is arranged on the insulating resin layers, and electrically connected with the conductor. One of the conductors constitutes a member functioning as an antenna circuit 14a, and a soft magnetism member 12 having magnetic anisotropy is arranged at a location adjusting the antenna circuit.
