PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively stick a double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer to a sticking object surface in any of a spot shape or a line shape with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A dispenser body 10 slidably fitted in a case 20 is pressed in the case against elastic force of a spring member 30. After a support member 14 presses the double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer of a double-sided tape 1 to the sticking object surface 7, the double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer pressed to the sticking object surface by the support member is separated from releasing paper 2, and is stuck in a spot shape to the sticking object surface by releasing pressing of the dispenser body. The double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer is also pressed in a line shape on the sticking object surface by moving the dispenser body and the case along the sticking object surface in a state of pressing the double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer to the sticking object surface. Afterwards, the double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive layer pressed to the sticking object surface by the support member is separated from the releasing paper, and is stuck in a line shape of the predetermined length on the sticking object surface by releasing the pressing of the dispenser body.
