PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dropper material and a dropper container for cosmetics using the material which is superior in usability, does not penetrate moisture with time, and does not generate a problem such as a bad effect on cosmetics being filled owing to a quality change or the elution of a substance harmful for skin. SOLUTION: In order to offer a dropper material which is superior in usability, has little moisture permeability and does not elute a harmful impurity, a styrene elastomer which has less moisture permeability and elution of harmful impurities among plasticity elastomers is used. A wider use material is offered when production cost is reduced by mixing the styrene elastomer with polypropylene at the mixing ratio of polypropylene 1/1,000-1/2 relative to styrene elastomers 1.
