PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling nozzle which can be easily miniaturized in comparison with a flexible hose but can exhibit an excellent positional deviation absorbing operation, and can eliminate foreign substances from resin pellets during filling. SOLUTION: The filling nozzle 10 for filling the resin pellets in a silo 20 into a container 30 for transportation, has an upper part 11 connected to a discharging opening 21 of the silo 20 and a lower part 12 connected to a filling opening 31 of the container 30 for transportation. The upper part 11 is equipped with an inner cylinder 13 for guiding the resin pellets discharged from the discharging opening 21 of the silo 20 into the lower part 12, and an outer cylinder 14 covering the outer periphery of the inner cylinder 13. The lower part 12 is inserted into a space S between the inner cylinder 13 and the outer cylinder 14 under a condition that movements in the front and back direction, in the left and right direction, in the up and down direction and in the inclined direction are allowable, and is equipped with a movable cylinder 15 for guiding the resin pellets discharged from the inner cylinder 13 to the filling opening 31 of the container 30 for transportation.
