PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister container capable of preventing air sump between a surface side component and a back surface side component, and a method for manufacturing the blister container. SOLUTION: A plastic film is pressed to form a surface side component 12 having a swollen part 21, and a cut out is formed in a surface side joining face 31 of the surface side component 12 to form a longitudinal broken line part 41, a transverse broken line part 42, a continuously broken part 51 and a slit 61 to constitute an exhausting unit. A cleaning agent is stored in the swollen part 21 of the surface side component 12, the surface side joining surface 31 of the surface side component 12 is heated and pressed at the same time, and the surface side component 12 is joined with the back surface side component 11 to form a blister container 201.
