PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet bath apparatus capable of detecting water level of hot water within a bathtub at low cost. SOLUTION: A suction port 2 and an injection port 3 equipped in a bathtub 1 are connected by a circulation path 4. A pump 5 is provided in the middle of the circulation path 4 for sucking hot water within the bathtub 1 via the suction port 2 into the circulation path 4 and for injecting the sucked hot water via the injection port 3 into the bathtub 1. A sub-suction port 7 connected to an upstream side of the pump 5 via a connecting path 6 is formed in a side wall of the bathtub 1 above the suction port 2. When the pump 5 is operated in such a condition that the water level of hot water within the bathtub 1 is lower than the sub-suction port 7 and higher than the suction port 2, air sucked from the sub-suction port 7 is mixed in the hot water passing through the pump 5 to cause air bubble intrusion in the pump.
